The Publication Process

The following notes provide a summary of the Pandawa Conference Proceedings publishing process.

  1. Contact us directly with details of the conference.
  2. The Pandawa Institute Proceedings team will review the details of your conference and write to confirm if we can offer a proceedings publishing contract.
  3. The organizers must inform authors of the Pandawa Conf. Proc. Copyright Notice.
  4. Authors prepare their papers in accordance to our guidelines and templates.
  5. Authors submit their papers to the conference organizers. After all documents has been peer-reviewed, the conference organizer submit the papers to Pandawa Conf. Proc. in one batch. Pandawa Conf. Proc. team will run the preliminary review and run the plagiarism check.
  6. After all documents has been supplied and pass the review, We will send the organizer a final publication agreemnt. Once the agreement has been returned, the organizer will receive a publication invoice.
  7. We process all the documents without delay and the documents will be available online within three months of us receiving the contributions. The organizers will be supplied with PDF proofs of the cover. Authors and organizers are requested to ensure all submissions are adequately checked prior to submission as article proofs will not be sent.
